— Overcome fear with Sodalite or Orange Calcite. Carry your
preferred crystal with you as needed.
Chakras: Fears related to security or change are related to the Root chakra. Fears based around your own personal power are related to the Solar Plexus chakra. Emotional or relationship fears are related to the Heart chakra. Also take note of where in your body you feel the fear. For many it will be in either the Solar Plexus or the Heart. Take several deep breathes and hold your crystal to this area to help you calm down and relax.
